Yes. Forward calls from your existing number to RingDeck – always, when nobody answers, when the line is busy or after hours. You can also get a new number inside the app where numbers are available for your country.

Every agent can be tested by voice directly in the browser, in the Agent Builder, before any phone number is connected.

You upload brochures, price lists, payment plans and FAQs as PDF, Word or text. Listings are not synced automatically from property portals yet, so update the documents when a listing changes.

Plans start at $49 per month with 250 included minutes. Larger plans include more agents and minutes. Extra minutes cost $0.20–0.25 each and are added to your next monthly invoice. Phone number costs depend on the country.

Connections are encrypted, every workspace's data is strictly separated, stored credentials are encrypted and the database is backed up daily. The privacy policy covers the EU (GDPR), the USA, the UAE and Oman.

On servers in the European Union (Germany): the application and its database run there. Some providers we use for language models, speech and the phone network process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses; the full list is in the privacy policy, and business customers get a data processing agreement.
